The BLI envisions expanding into cities across the nation, establishing regional chapters and team leaders who will scout litter locations and coordinate groups of volunteers throughout the year. By partnering with local government to establish practical and sustainable solutions, the BLI seeks to empower Israeli Jewish and Arab communities to take charge of their litter problems and maintain cleanliness.
